10 Simple ways to integrate WELL to optimise Wellbeing
Here are a few simple lifestyle habits to integrate based on each WELL concept
1. Air Step outdoors and breathe, in moments of stress deep breathing can reset your system.
2. Water Your body is 70% water, Drink 2-3 litres of filtered water a day to optimise your body function.
3. Nourish Eat the rainbow, choose whole foods and opt organic to minimise toxins.
4. Light Balance your bodyclock, go outdoors each morning for 10 - 30 minutes of natural light.
5. Movement Is medicine.Sit less and move more. Incorporate daily exercise such as a walk after meals.
6. Thermal Comfort Personalise comfort conditions in your space and ventilate to provide good air flow
