Yoga can simply be a movement practice you enjoy or a deeper journey of self discovery, patience, acceptance, agility and navigating challenges.​ 
 

My approach to teaching yoga is inviting, approachable and accessible to mixed abilities. 

Yoga is a holistic practice that connects body, mind, and breath and supports health and wellbeing on and off the mat. Yoga activates Qi our vital force energy supporting muscle, bone and joint health at any life stage with numerous benefits. I believe Yoga can be for everyone, it is a moving meditation. Each pose can be accessible and can be modified in tune with your own body, mobility and conditions.
