or a deeper journey of self discovery, teaching patience, acceptance and resilience
navigating challenges that come our way.
Yoga can be for everyone of any size and shape for mixed abilities. Each pose can be modified in tune with body and mobility. Yoga connects body, mind, breath and is positively good for health and wellbeing on and off the mat. The body is an ecosystem, Yoga activates Qi our vital force energy supporting muscle, bone and joint health at any life stage with so many benefits.
I practice and teach yin and yang styles of yoga and hybrid styles
with a Traditional Chinese Medicine lens in connection with the meridians and the five elements.
Yang Ashtanga and Vinyasa supports circulation, flexibility and strength.
Yin supports joints, ligaments and fascia are held longer with stillness.
Nidra is a form of deep rest which involves lying still and receiving meditation.

You will be offered a free consultation with advice to discuss which type of yoga you prefer [beginners welcome] from an energetic flow, slow stretch or deep rest,
we will ask and note any health related or mobility issues if any to be aware of.
You will receive guidance on how to practice each posture and ask questions at any time. Breathwork and meditation practices are part of each session.
