We all have our own journey and story not on a straight path.

Change is the only thing that is constant in life.

Yoga can simply be a movement practice you enjoy

or a deeper journey of self discovery, patience,

acceptance, agility and navigating challenges.​ 
 

I have over 500+ hours in yoga training and my journey continues.

My approach to teaching yoga is inviting, approachable and accessible to mixed abilities

and those with conditions. I believe Yoga can be for everyone, it is a moving meditation.

Each pose can be modified in tune with your own body, mobility and conditions.

I teach yin with a tcm lens in connection with the meridians. 

Yoga is a holistic practice that connects body, mind, and breath

and beneficial to health and wellbeing on and off the mat.

 

Yoga activates Qi our vital force energy supporting muscle, bone and joint health

at any life stage with numerous benefits.
