A health coach helps identify challenges, overcome obstacles and create realistic, sustainable strategies for long-term success.
With an understanding of how the body functions, a health coach can help clients make informed choices about their personal health and wellbeing. Their knowledge of nutrition enables them to optimise dietary choices and develop personalised approaches that provide the right nourishment for an individual’s body, goals, and way of life.
